A graduate of TCU, Aaron is the owner of Polkadotdesign.com, a successful invitation web site. His business sense is a big help! Aaron is also the eldest son of Les & Twyla. Aaron resides in Ft. Worth, Texas with his wife Julia and son Luke.

Jim was Les & Twyla's pastor during Les' seminary years and also served on Les' doctoral dissertation committee. More importantly, Jim has been a close personal friend since 1984. Jim has returned to Abidjan, Ivory Coast with his wife Barbara where they originally served as missionaries. He is now serving with Eglise Protestante Oeuvres et Mission Internationale (EPBOM) with Dr. Yaye Dion Robert. The Lassiters have four grown children and grandchildren.

Les & Twyla first met Rick during Les' seminary years in 1984. Rick along with his wife Judy have three grown sons, grandchildren, and live in Ft. Worth, Texas. Rick serves as the Small Group Director at his church and also runs his own landscaping business. Rick knows the Brickmans, business, and cells!

Les & Twyla first met Tom through their work with TOUCH Outreach Ministries in the 90's. Tom received training & consulting, while attending Regent University's Cell Church D.Min program, as he, too, became a friend, then joined the SCMI Board. Tom, his wife Sue and son Sam reside in Rockville, Maryland where Tom serves on staff with The Navigators and is Pastor of Contemporary Worship at Ashton United Methodist Church.
